CHRISTMAS RETURN

All items purchased in November and December that is meant for Christmas presents can be exchanged for other items or a gift card until the 1. of February 2018. You do not need to inform us if your purchase is meant as a Christmas present, but if you wish to have the purchased wrapped in, please write that in ‘order notes’ at check out. Only items purchased within 14 days before the return, can be refunded.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT

When returning a product, you need to notify us by sending an e-mail to lesreves@lesreves.dk. You will have to cover the postal costs yourself, and send the product to the following address:

The package must be sent with delivery.

You bear all risks for the package after it is delivered to you and until it is back in our hands. The partial or full reduction in reimbursement depends on the state of the product returned and whether any of the original packaging is missing,

DELIVERY TIME

We will ship it from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. Should it not be in stock, this will appear on our website.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you cancel your order, you will get the full amount you have paid us returned to you, on condition that none of the original packaging is missing and the product has not suffered. In the case of the deterioration of the product, the amount you are accountable for will be deducted from your reimbursement.

HOW CAN I SWITCH A PRODUCT

If you want to switch a product to a different size, please send an email to lesreves@lesreves.dk. After informing us, you are yourself responsible for covering the costs of returning the product.

When we receive the product, we will send you the new product, which Les Rêves will pay for.
